This tutorial is made in PSP X, Animation Shop and the plug-ins:

Flaming Pear - Flood

Filters Unlimited 2.0

Materials

1 Open a new image 500 X 300 pixels – transparent.

2 Fill the image with gradient: mqc-RED

Style: Linear

Angel: 0

Repeats: 0

Invert: Checked.

3 Effecten – plug-ins – Flaming Pear with these settings:

Put Horizon to 75 and leave the rest as it is.

4 Open the tube SS_60 (city), copy and paste as new layer.

5 Image – mirror.

6 Move the a little to the left.( high tower on the left edge)

7 Open the tube “PrettyGirl”, copy and paste as new layer.

8 Image – resize – 60% Bicubic – all layers unchecked.

9 Move the tube to the right side of your image, a little over the edge.

10 Put the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy) and the opacity to 80%.

11 Image – add borders – 2 pixels – black – symmetric.

12 select the border with the magic wand – tolerance and feather: 0

13 Selection – invert.

14 Effects – 3D effects – cut out with these settings:

15 Repeats cut out but now with horizontal and vertical on to -4.

16 Selections – select none.

17 Image – add borders – 5 pixels – white – symmetric.

18 Image – add borders – 2 pixels – black – symmetric.

19 Image – add borders – 5 pixels – white – symmetric.

20 Selections – select all.

21 Selections – modify – contract – 12 pixels.

22 Selections – invert.

23 Effects – plug-ins – Filters Unlimited 2 – convolution filters –

Edge Detection (Black & White) – apply.

24 Selections – select none.

25 Put your foreground colour to black and your background colour to white.

26 Layers – new raster layer.

27 Open your text-tool with these settings:

Font: Chell Chrome

Size: 36 pixels.

Width Stroke: 1

Create as: Floating.

Type: Uptown Girl.

28 Selections – select none.

29 Repeats the Filters Unlimited 2 effect from step 23.

30 Layers – merge – merge all.

31 Put your water-mark on your creation.

32 Open Animation-Shop and paste as new animation.

33 Press 13 times on Ctrl/Shift and the letter L.

34 Edit – select all.

35 Open “Starline” in animation shop.

36 Edit – select all

37  Edit – copy.

38 Activate your creation and click on the icon “paste in selected frame”.

39 Put the stars between the town and the water.

40 Maybe resize your creation. ( animation – resize animation)

41 File – save as ……………..
