Materials

Put the tubes in a map of your choice.

Put the sparkle tube in the map: picturetubes in PSP.

Put the pattern"redheart" in the map patterns in PSP.

1 Open a new image – 650 X 450 – transparent.

2 Fill this image with the pattern “redheart: Angle: 0 – Scale: 100.

3 Open the tube “val2_edge”, copy and paste as new layer.

4 Move this to the right side of your image.( you can move a little up and down for a beautiful edge).

5 Open the tube with the bow, copy and paste as new layer.

6 Image – free rotate – 40 degrease to the right.

7 Move the bow up to the right corner.

8 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with these settings:

9 Open the tube “heartlove”, copy and paste as new layer.

10 Move the heart so that it looks if it hangs on the heart in the bow.( see example)

11 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with these settings:

12 Image – arrange – move down.

13 Open the tube with the 2 children, copy and paste as new layer.

14 Image – resize – 70% - bicubic – all layers unchecked.

15 Move the tube to the left side.( see example)

16 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with the same settings as step 8.

17 Open the tube with the tag “sweet valentine”, copy and paste as new layer.

18 Image – free rotate – 27 degrease to the right.

19 Move the sign to his place. (see example)

20 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with the same settings as step 8.

21 Open the tube with the 3 hearts, copy and paste as new layer.

22 Move the hearts to the right spot.( see example).

23 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with the same settings as step 8.

24 Open the tube with the balloons, copy and paste as new layer.

25 Image – arrange – move down.

Do this 3 times, the balloons are now behind the children.

26 Move the balloons, so that the hang above the children in the middle.

27 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with the same settings as step 11, but

Change the colour from black to #650507.

28 Image – add borders – 5 pixels – colour: black – symmetric.

29 Select the border with the magic wand – tolerance and feather: 0.

30 Fill the border with this colour: #b50104.

31 Selections – invert.

32 Effects – 3D effects – cut out with these settings:

33 Selections – select none.

34 Open the picturetool and search in the menu for the sparkle.

35 Put one right on the diamond in the bow and 2 on the heart below.

36 You can put more stars if you want.

37 Put your water-mark on your creation and…..
