This tutorial is made in PSP and the plug-ins:

Ulead Effects

Materials

1 open the image in PSP

2 Image - add borders - 2 pixels - colour: white - symmetric.

3 Select the border with the magic wand.

4 Effects - plug-ins - Ulead effects - art textures with these settings:

5 Selections - invert

6 Effects - 3D effects - cut out with these settings:

7 Repeat cut out but now vertical and horizontal on -1.

8 Selections - select none.

9 Image - add borders - 20 pixels - colour: #b10a05 - symmetric.

10 Select the border with the magic wand.

11 Effects - plug-in - filter factory S - Fractal Tiler with these settings:

12 selections - select none.

13 Select now with the magic wand the red border.(see example)

14 Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel with these settings:

15 Selections - invert

16 effects - 3D effects - cut out with the same settings as step 6.

17 repeat cut out but now vertical and horizontal on -1.

18 Selections - select none.

19 repeat step 2 t/m 4 (the gold border)

20 selections - select none.

21 Image - add borders - 25 pixels - colour: #fee9bd - symmetric.

22 Select the border with the magic wand.

23 Adjust - add noise with these settings:

24 Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel with the same settings as step 14

but now set Elevation on 70.

25 Repeat step 2 t/m 8.

26 Image - add borders - 20 pixels - colour: #b10a05 - symmetric.

27 Select the border with the magic wand.

28 Effects - plug-in - filter factory S - Fractal Tiler with the same settings as step 11.

29 selections - select none.

30 Select now with the magic wand the red border.(like step 13)

31 Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel with the same settings as step 14.( set elevation back to 42)

32 selections - invert.

33 effects - 3D effects - cut out with the same settings as step 6.

34 repeat cut out but now vertical and horizontal on -1.

35 Selections - select none.

36 repeat step 2 t/m 4.

37 Selections - select none.

38 Open the corner tube.

39 Image - resize - 75% - bicubic - all layers checked.

40 Effects - plug-ins - Ulead effects - art textures with the same settings as step 4.

41 Copy the corner tube and paste as new layer on your image.

42 Move the tube down in the right corner.

43 Duplicate this layer in your layer-palette.

44 Image - Flip.

45 Duplicate this layer in your layer-palette.

46 Image - mirror.

47 Duplicate this layer in your layer-palette.

48 Image - Flip.

49 Put now your water-mark on your creation.

50 File - save as ..........
