This tutorial is made in PSP X and with the plug-ins:

Texturizer

Materials

1 Open a new image 500 X 350 pixels – transparent.

2 Fill the image with the colour: #d7abf3.

3 Effects – Plug-ins – Texture – texturizer with these settings:

4 Selections – select all.

5 Selections – modify – contract with 40 pixels.

6 Click once on your delete button.

7 Selections – select none.

8 Effects – plug-ins – Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - #D Glass Frame 1 with these settings:

Frame Size: 44

Contrast: 95

9 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with these settings:

10 Repeats this drop shadow but now Vertical and Horizontal on -2.

11 Layers – new raster layer.

12 Layers – arrange – move down.

13 Fill this layer with the colour: #e1e36f.

14 Effects – Plug-ins – Texture – texturizer with the same settings as step 3.

15 Selections – select all.

16 Selections – modify – contract with 70 pixels.

17 Click once on your delete button.

18 Selections – select none.

19 Effects – plug-ins – Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons & Frames - #D Glass Frame 1 with these settings:

Frame Size: 70

Contrast: 95

20 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with the same settings as step 9

21 Repeats this drop shadow but now Vertical and Horizontal on -2.

22 Layers – new raster layer.

23 Layers – arrange – send to bottom.

24 Fill this layer with the colour: #9bbbd2.

25 Effects – Plug-ins – Texture – texturizer with these settings:

26 put your foreground colour on to #d7abf3 (Lila) and your background colour to #e1e36f

( yellow)

27 Open your preset shape and search in the menu for: Flower 2.

28 Make a flower, not to big. (See example)

29 In the layer palette convert the vector layer to rasterlayer.

30 Put the opacity of this layer to 50%.

31 Duplicate this layer twice and replace the flowers.

32 Close the two upper layers.

33 Layers – merge – merge vivible.

34 reopen the two upper layers.

35 Activate the upper layer.

36 Open the tube “Diddlegroup”, copy and paste as new layer.

37 Image – resize – 70% - bicubic – all layers unchecked.

38 Move the tube down, just over the edge of the frame.( see example)

39 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with these settings:

40 Open the tube “diddle_ hammock”,copy and paste as new layer.

41 Image – resize – 70% - bicubic – all layers unchecked.

42 Move the tube up to the right corner.( see example)

43 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with the same settings as step 39.

44 Close the two upper layers (Diddle Layers) and close the layer at the bottom.

45 Activate one of the frame layer

46 Layers – merge – merge visible.

47 Open the tube “Diddlina”, copy and paste as new layer.

48 Layers – arrange – move down.

49 Image – resize – 75% - bicubic – all layers unchecked.

50 Move the tube to the left side of the image.( see example).

51 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with the same settings as step 39.

52 Activate your backgroundlayer, Layers – new rasterlayer.

53 Open your text-tool with these settings:

Background colour: #d7abf3.

Font: Coffee Shop.

Size: 24 pixels.

Create as: Floating.

Type: Just Diddl.

54 Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow with these settings:

55 Selections – select none.

56 Image – rotate – free rotate – 25 degrease – left.

57 Move the text to his spot.

58 Adjust – sharpness – sharpen more.

59 Layers – merge – merge all.

60  Place your water mark on your creation.

 

Experienced PSP `ers can make a animation by

 moving Diddlina each time a little further to the edge.
