This tutorial is made in PSP X and with the plug-in:

Filter Unimited 2.0

Materials

1 Open a new image 650 X 450 pixels - transparent.

2 Put your foreground colour on #2b2146 and your background colour on: #a194c8.

3 Fill the image with the foreground colour.(#2b2146)

4 Layers - new raster layer.

5 Fill this layer with your background colour (#a194c8).

6 Layers - load/save mask - load mask from disk with these settings:

7 Layers - merge - merge all.

8 Open your selection tool, choice for rectangle, feather:0.

Make on the leftside a selection from 0 till the purple stripe.

and over the hole length of the image..(176 x 450 pixels).

9 Selecties – laag maken van selectie.

10 Effecten – insteekfilters – Filters Unlimited 2.0 – Distortion Filters – Whirl met standaard instellingen.

11 Selections- select none.

12 Layers - merge - merge all.

13 Make from your foreground colour a gradient with these settings:

14 Layers - new rasterlayer.

15 Fill this layer with the gradient.

16 Layers - load/save mask - load mask from disk with these settings:

17 Layers - merge - merge group.

18 Adjust - sharpness - sharp more.

19 Open the tube with the flowers, copy and paste as new layer.

20 Move the flowers to the left, just against the edge.

21 Put the bledmodus on Luminantie (lagecy) and the opacity on 30%.

22 Layers - arrange - move down.

23 Open the tube with the ballerina, copy and paste as new layer.

24 Move the tube to the right and a little down.(see example)

25 Open the tube with the birds, copy and paste as new layer.

26 Image - resize - 80% - bicubic - all layers unchecked.

27 Image - mirror.

28 Move the birds to the left and down.

29 Open the text, copy and paste as new layer.

30 Move the text to his spot. (see example)

31 Effects - 3D effects  - drop shadow with these settings:

32 Image - add borders - 2 pixels - colour: #2b2146 - symmetric.

33 Image - resize - 80% - bicubic - all layers checked.

34 Image - add borders - 25 pixels - colour: white - symmetric.

35 Select the border with the magic wand - tolerance and feather: 0.

36 Fill the border with the colour: #5d5686

37 (leave selection) layers - new rasterlayer.

38 Fill the selection on this layer with the colour: a194c8

39 Layers - load/save mask - load mask from disk with the same settings as step 6.

40 Layers - merge - merge group.

41 Effects - edge effects - enhance.

42 Selections - invert.

43 Effects - 3D effects  - drop shadow with these settings:

44 Selections - select none.

45 Image - add borders - 1 pixels - colour: #2b2146 - symmetric.

46 Image - add borders - 10 pixels - colour: #5d5686 - symmetric.

47 Select the border with the magic wand - tolerance and feather: 0.

48 Effects - texture effects - blinds with these settings:

49 Repeats the blinds effect but now Horizontal checked.

50 Effects - 3D effects  - drop shadow with the same settings as step 43 only now

with hue on 15.

51 Repeats drop shadow but now vertical and horizontal on -5

52 Only your water-mark and your finnished.
