Materials

1 Open a new image 600 x 500 transparent.

2 Fill this with the color #8cb6dd

3 Effect - texture-effect-texture with these settings:

Texture : Grain fine cloudy

4 Open the tube with the birds, copy and paste as new layer.

5 Open the tube with the woman, copy and paste as new layer.

This not looking very nice so we going to do something about it

6 Image - mirror

7 Image - resize - 50% all layers not markt - Bicubic

8 Put the tube on his place.

(It must look like the bird is laying with his head on her shoulder.

9 Layers - arrange - move down.

10 Put the Blend-modus of this layer on Luminance (lagecy)

11 Now we open the eraser-tool with these settings:

12 Now we going to erase a littlebit down in the left corner.

and the pieces  unther and above the bird,

13 Activate the upper layer

14 Open the tube with the waterfall, copy and paste as new layer.

15 Image - mirror

16 Move the tube to the right side. (see example)

17 Layers - arrange - move down.

18 Put the Blend-modus of this layer on Luminance (lagecy)

and the opacity on 65%

Activate again the upper layer

19 Open the tube with the flowers, copy and paste as new layer.

 20 Image - resize - 75% all layers not markt - Bicubic

21 Move the flowers down to the left

22 Put the Blend-modus of this layer on Luminance (lagecy)

and the opacity on 65%

23 Layers - arrange - move down.

24 Activate again the upper layer

25 Open the tube with the castle, copy and paste as new layer.

26 Image - mirror

27 Move the tube up to the left corner, so that you can only see a little piece of the castle.

28 Put the Blend-modus of this layer on Luminance (lagecy)

and the opacity on 65%

29 Layers - arrange - move down.

30 Open again the eraser with the same settings and now take carefull the pieces away

Unther the wings of the bird.

30 Image - add Borders - 2 pixels - color #2e5e87

31 Open now your text-tool a choose a nice font ( I used freehand591 BT)

Put your background-color on #8cb6dd - size 48 - floating

32 Type your text (pay attention because the color of the text and your background-color are the same.

33 Effect - 3D effects - drop shadow with these settings:

Now only your water-mark and

 Voila  ready ……..:-)
